Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
* The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
* The return request must be raised within 24hours of delivery.
* Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Certain products such as sale items, gift cards, or customized products (if applicable) are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
* We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
* Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
